P6

The beginning of our audio visual promo was filmed in a dark bedroom, which meant the clip looked like it was low quality as there wasnt enough light reaching the camera. This is the first edit I made as the first edits were colour correction and exposure. I raised the exposure and reduced the noise and warmed up the colours in order to make it aesthetically pleasing and easy enough to see, while also keeping a dark, sad and stressed student narrative.

This scene is a more important scene out of the advert as the idea was that having the powerbeats helped the persobn to complete work alot quicker as the original plan was to show the book pile going down as it shows the person doing work. The raw clip was alot slower and longer, as it was originally a few minutes. Because of this I sped up the clip by 400%, making it a lot faster providing that desired effect.

All the clips were imported into premiere pro without being in chronological order and they were very long, so to begin creating the audio-visual promo i had to put the clips in the correct order of the narrative and i cropped a lot of them to ensure i had the correct part of the clip.

The song I chose for my promotion was originally too long for the duration of the advert so i re-mixed the song as smoothly as possibly to create a smooth transition to the middle of the song and to bring a smooth and effective close to the video.
